What a Nice Thing to Say!

This is what one our most recent brides had to say about working with us! See for yourself at www.weddingwire.com!

"Cindy is the most amazing wedding coordinater ever! She is very talented, creative, upbeat, organized, easy to work with and was easily the best decision we could have made when it came to our wedding day. We received so many compliments on our wedding and without her I do not know what we would have done! I simply cannot recommend her services enough!"

Wedding Favors...should you or shouldn't you!

This is a question that has been raised over the past couple of years. Should you have a wedding favor or not? Well, if you think about why you are giving a wedding favor in the first place than you would clearly say yes! The main reason for the wedding favor is to show your gratitude to your guests for being a part of your wedding day. When you think about all that your guests do to be there for you on your wedding day, it is a small gesture of thanks. I say, "Yes" to the wedding favor! No matter how big or small!

Please let us know what you think. We would love to hear the opinions of our brides!

Congratulations to the Newlyweds Jennifer and Jason Black!

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of helping Jennifer and Jason bring their wedding day dreams to life at the Davis Island Garden Club! We were hired as the Day of Coordinator. Jennifer and Jason had so many unique touches to their day, it was such a joy to put everything together! Jennifer is a fashion design student and Jason plays in a band and is very musically inclined. We had a special table with two dress forms and one bass guitar to symbolize who this couple was. Their decor consisted of black, white and blush. Their black chiviari chairs contrasted so beautifully in the space with the white table linens. The centerpieces were all made by the bride and the groom's mother. They were a gorgeous arrangement of Stargazer lilies, roses and peonies. They even had a ice sculpture carved into the shape of a Peacock. The outside area was dressed in black linens with a white satin sash with two small arrangements of white and pink hydrangeas. Together it created a warm and inviting lounge area. With an old fashioned photo booth for the guests entertainment, it was a big success through out the course of the night. The ceremony guests were greeted by a string quartet. The music was lovely as the bridal party and bride made their debut! As their guests entered the cocktail hour, we served water at the water table and cocktails at the bar. We handed out moist towelettes with the Bride and Groom's last name initial B on it to help keep the guests comfortable in the June heat. Guests found their name and table numbers on a bed of wheat grass. As the day unfolded, Jennifer and Jason were so relaxed and happy! They enjoyed every aspect of their wedding day with their family and friends. When it was time for the evening to end, we sent them off under a row of sparklers to wish them well in their future together!
Thank you to Jennifer and Jason for allowing us to be a part of your special day! It was truly an honor!
